At Usapteka, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. Because our fulfillment process is designed to operate quickly and efficiently, order requests must be reviewed within a limited processing window before shipment preparation begins.
This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how customers may request order modifications, cancellations, shipping address corrections, or product adjustments. It also outlines important limitations that may apply once fulfillment operations or shipment processing have already started.
Our goal is to provide a transparent and customer-focused experience while maintaining efficient order handling and delivery operations.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order after purchase by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
Because orders are often processed shortly after they are submitted, cancellation requests are time-sensitive and cannot always be guaranteed.
If the order has not yet entered fulfillment preparation or shipment processing, we may be able to successfully cancel the order before shipment.
However, once an order has:
- Entered processing
- Been packed for shipment
- Been assigned tracking information
- Been transferred to the carrier
Cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation cannot be completed before shipment, customers may need to wait until delivery and then follow the applicable return process if eligible.

Order Change Requests
Customers who need to modify an existing order should contact us immediately after placing the order.
Depending on the current processing status of the order, certain modifications may still be possible before fulfillment begins.
Possible order changes may include:
- Shipping address corrections
- Customer name corrections
- Email address updates
- Product quantity adjustments
- Product selection modifications
- Correction of incomplete order details
While we always try to assist customers whenever possible, requested changes cannot be guaranteed once the order enters the shipping preparation stage.
To avoid delays or delivery issues, customers are encouraged to review all billing and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping Address Changes
Providing an accurate shipping address during checkout is the responsibility of the customer.
If an incorrect address is submitted, customers should contact Usapteka immediately to request a correction before shipment processing begins.
Address modifications may not be possible after:
- Shipping labels are generated
- The package is transferred to the shipping carrier
- Carrier routing begins
Usapteka is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional carrier fees, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted during checkout.
If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
Order Processing Time Considerations
Usapteka processes orders quickly to maintain efficient shipping operations and timely delivery service.
Our standard handling timeframe is generally:

Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, the order is generally considered finalized for shipment purposes.
At that stage:
- Cancellation requests are typically unavailable
- Product modifications may no longer be possible
- Address changes may depend on carrier policies
- Shipment rerouting may not be guaranteed
Customers may still contact the shipping carrier directly if carrier-supported delivery management options are available for the shipment.
If the delivered order qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy, customers may request a return after receiving the package.
Refunds After Cancellation
If an eligible cancellation request is approved before shipment, any authorized refund will generally be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers, financial institutions, and transaction verification procedures.
Customers may receive confirmation once the cancellation and refund process has been completed successfully.
Additional processing time by banks or payment services may still apply before the refund officially appears within the customer’s account balance.
Limitations & Exceptions
Usapteka reserves the right to deny cancellation or modification requests in situations including but not limited to:
- Orders already transferred to shipping carriers
- Operational processing limitations
- Fraud prevention review procedures
- Verification concerns
- Inventory allocation completion
- Technical or system limitations

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before submitting purchases through the Usapteka website.
This includes:
- Shipping information
- Billing information
- Product selections
- Quantities
- Contact details
Accurate order information helps reduce fulfillment delays, shipment problems, and cancellation limitations after processing begins.
