Order Processing

All orders placed through Usapteka are processed within our standard handling timeframe of 1 business day. Orders are reviewed, verified, packed, and prepared for shipment by our fulfillment team before being transferred to the selected shipping carrier.

Orders are processed only during normal business days, which include Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays and carrier-observed closures. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, during weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During high-demand periods such as seasonal sales, holidays, promotional campaigns, or unexpected shipping volume increases, processing times may occasionally require additional time. While we always strive to process shipments quickly, minor delays may occur due to operational volume or carrier limitations.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once an order has been packed and transferred to the shipping carrier. This confirmation typically includes shipment details and tracking information when available.

Usapteka currently offers shipping within the United States using reliable national carriers. Shipping fees are calculated using a flat-rate structure to keep pricing straightforward and transparent for customers.

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has completed processing and has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on shipping destination, carrier conditions, weather disruptions, holiday schedules, or temporary operational delays outside our direct control.

Cut-off Time Information

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Orders submitted before the cut-off time are generally processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will typically begin processing on the following business day.

For example:

  • An order placed on Tuesday at 3:00 PM (EST) will normally begin processing that same business day.
  • An order placed on Tuesday at 7:00 PM (EST) will generally begin processing on Wednesday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

The cut-off time exists to help maintain accurate fulfillment operations and ensure shipments are prepared efficiently. While we strive to maintain fast turnaround times, cut-off schedules may occasionally be adjusted during periods of unusually high order volume.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment confirmation is issued. In certain situations, carrier systems may require additional scanning time before tracking movement becomes visible online.

Usapteka is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer.

If a customer notices an address error after placing an order, they should contact us immediately before shipment processing is completed. While we will attempt to assist with address corrections, modifications cannot always be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, we recommend checking:
